Hello, my name is Martha Morelli
For over two decades I have been in love with baking artisan breads and baked goods. My fascination with all things sourdough goes back to the late '90s when I discovered the book "Artisan Baking Across America" by Maggie Glezer. This fascination has never waned and only grows as I discover more about what makes sourdough so amazing in taste and nutrition.
Located in Northeast Ohio, opened Lark Rise Bakery to spread my love of high quality baking and sourdough goodness.
